We will work with you or your insurance company to obtain an agreed upon figure to do your repairs. Please keep in mind that although you are our customer, if the insurance company is paying the bill, they will have the last input on what type of repairs will be done and what type of parts will be used in the process. There are many options available for parts including: OEM (original equipment), aftermarket, recycled (used) and remanufactured. Every insurance company has different guidelines to follow. We work with most of them.

You are not required to take your vehicle to the repair facility recommended by your insurance company. Law allows you to bring your vehicle to any body shop you choose.
